3. Tools we use (and why)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Used to measure website performance and user engagement.
GA4 processes anonymised usage data, including device details, events, and navigation paths.

HubSpot CRM & Marketing

Used for:

• Contact forms

• Newsletter management

• Email marketing

• Customer relationship management

HubSpot stores the information you provide securely in accordance with GDPR.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Used to measure LinkedIn campaign effectiveness and (in the future) show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

Wix Apps / Embedded Components

Certain parts of the site use Wix widgets for forms or layout components.
