We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded individual to drive excellence in our day-to-day delivery and enable tight collaboration across sales, product, and service teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue of the business, turning strategy into execution, supporting scalable growth, and ensuring we deliver consistent value to customers as Fotenix scales.
Because we’re a small, ambitious team, Customer Success isn’t a support function here. It’s one of the most critical roles in the business: you’ll shape the customer journey end-to-end, turn outcomes into renewals and expansion, and make sure the voice of the grower directly influences what we build next.
